Seldom Rest Innovations LLC ("Kibbo," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Kibbo mobile application (the "App") and the website at kibbofamily.com (the "Site"), together the "Service." This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This Service is designed for use by families, including children under the age of 13, under the direct creation and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Section 2 explains specifically how we handle children's information in light of that.
Kibbo is a family finance app. Parents create a family account, add their children, and assign chores, bonuses, and allowances. Children complete chores and bonuses, build savings goals, and request to spend their balance, all subject to parental review and approval. All of this activity is tracked as informational records inside the app — Kibbo does not hold real money or move funds between bank accounts (see Section 7 of our Terms of Service for more on this).
Every child account in Kibbo is created exclusively by a parent, through the parent's own account. A child cannot create an account on their own, and we do not collect an email address from a child at any point.
Because all information associated with a child account is provided and controlled by that child's parent — not collected by us directly from the child — a parent's act of creating and managing the account is itself the mechanism of parental control and consent for that information.

If we ever become aware that a child has provided us with personal information outside of this parent-controlled process, we will take steps to delete it. Parents with questions about a child's information, or who need help exercising any of the above outside of the app, can reach us using the contact details in Section 11.

What we do not collect: Kibbo does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party ad networks of any kind, and we do not serve ads in the app.
We use the information above to: operate the app's core features (chores, bonuses, allowances, balances, approvals); authenticate accounts and keep them secure; deliver notifications you or your child have opted into; communicate with you about your account (verification codes, password resets, support replies); diagnose and fix technical problems; and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate Kibbo, and only as needed for them to provide that service:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Kibbo or our users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets — in which case we would provide notice before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain account information for as long as a family's account remains active. A parent can permanently delete their family's entire account, and all associated data including every child's data, at any time from within the app's Settings. This deletion is immediate and cannot be undone — there is no recovery period or grace window.
Parents can review and update their own and their children's profile information at any time within the app, disable push notifications at any time, and delete the family account at any time. If you are in a jurisdiction that provides additional rights over your personal information (such as a right to access, correct, or delete it, or to know what categories we collect), you can exercise those rights using the contact information in Section 11; we will need to verify you as the account holder before acting on the request.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections between the app and our servers and one-way cryptographic hashing of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Kibbo is operated from the United States. If you use Kibbo from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above whenever we do, and if a change materially affects how we handle children's information, we will provide additional notice.
