Kibbo costs $4.99 per month for your entire family — there are no per-child fees. Add as many children as you need for the same flat rate.
Before you pay anything, you get a free 30-day trial so your family can get comfortable with the app. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Yes — every new family gets a full 30 days free with access to every feature, including the parent dashboard, chore approvals, savings goals, and allowances. No credit card required to begin.
After 30 days, you can choose to continue for $4.99/month. If you decide Kibbo isn't right for your family, simply don't subscribe — no strings attached.
Kibbo is currently available for iPhone and iPad on iOS. You can download it from the App Store.
An Android version is in development and planned for a future release. If Android support is important to your family, feel free to get in touch — knowing there's demand helps us prioritize.
Every money movement in Kibbo requires a parent to approve it before it takes effect. This includes chore completions, bonus claims, sibling transfers, and spend requests.
When a child marks a chore as complete, it appears in your parent dashboard as a pending approval. You review what they did, then tap Approve or Decline. Only after your approval does the money appear in the child's account.
You'll also receive a push notification the moment a child submits anything for approval, so you never have to remember to check — the app keeps you in the loop automatically.
Yes — Kibbo supports multiple children under one parent account, with no limit on how many you can add. Each child gets their own profile, their own chore list, their own balance, and their own savings goals.
Your $4.99/month subscription covers the entire family, regardless of how many children are on the account.
We take your family's privacy seriously — especially when children are involved. Kibbo does not sell your data or your children's data to third parties. We collect only what's needed to run the app and provide you with support.
For full details on what information we collect, how we store it, and your rights, please read our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your Kibbo account — and all associated data — directly in the app. Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, your children's profiles, all transaction history, and any associated data. This action cannot be undone.
If you have any trouble or would prefer to request deletion by email, please contact our support team.
Kibbo is designed around the idea that parents are always in the loop. Children have their own app experience where they can view their chores, balance, and savings goals — but they cannot approve their own chores, send money, or make changes to settings.
Every action that involves money requires a parent's explicit approval. Kids can use the app independently to check their progress, but the financial controls remain with you.
Kibbo tracks earnings, balances, and goals within the app — it's a financial management and education tool, not a banking or payment service. The dollar amounts in Kibbo represent what you, as a parent, agree to pay your child in real life.
How you choose to actually pay your child (cash, bank transfer, a jar on the shelf) is entirely up to your family. Kibbo gives everyone a clear, transparent record of what's been earned and approved.
Yes — you can cancel your Kibbo subscription at any time directly through the App Store. Go to your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Kibbo, and tap Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, you'll retain access to Kibbo until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you'll never be charged again after you cancel.
